Free Assessment/ Evaluation
There is no fee for the preliminary assessment/ evaluation.
Consulting Fees
50% of the consulting fee is to be paid along with the retainer letter.
50% of the consulting fee is to be paid upon the receipt of medical examination notice
or interview letter, whichever comes first, from Canadian immigration office.
Non-refundable Fees
We charge a non-refundable fee of US$500.00 once the agreement is signed and you are assigned a File Manager. This
fee is charged to cover costs involved with the initial consultations and all related expenses.
Disbursements
The following disbursements will have to be paid by you and is
not included in our consultation fee:
1_ Government processing fee.
2_ Translation and interpretation expenses.
3_ Cost of long distance fax, telephone, and courier charges.
General
We do not guarantee the acceptance/ success of your application.
We strongly recommend that you be truthful and accurate about
the information you provide on your application. Inaccuracies on
your application may seriously affect your case.
Refund Policy
We refund all fees, expect the non-refundable portion of US$500.00. No part of the Consultation fee will be refunded if the
refusal of the immigration application is due to any false, misleading or undisclosed information provided by you.
Any disbursements made to the Government or other related agencies by us on your behalf will not be refunded.
